What particularly appealed to us to Fissler pots was the transition between the inside wall and floor. That was not a right angle but a gentle beuliger transition with the advantage that nothing can attach in the missing edge.
When we then looked at the store for new pots, this feature we first jumped even in the WMF pots eye. The glass lid have approached us, we have always missed in the Fissler pots.
The handles remain cool us was now not so important, but a nice nice-to-have.
The size of the denomination set is also convenient, we only have hinzugekauft a Saucepan same series and a 10-liter pot from another manufacturer.
On the induction cooking field with these pots is a real pleasure. The pots are incredibly fast hot, a big pot of pasta water boils within 8 - 10 minutes bubbly. One liter of water rolling boil for 2 minutes. This went on the ceramic hob loose twice as long.
Despite the thick soil, the pots react quickly to changes in the stove regulator. With a rotation around one or two steps lower, you can see immediately how water bubbles less and onion to sizzle cease fascinating, like a gas hob.
The perforation of the lid prevents overcooking I can not confirm now, but is also not so tragic. First, you can also watch yes and secondly burn eh nix on the induction field.
The cleaning is very easy. As never before what is burnt in the pot (we have now about the pots for a year in use) are simply rinsed with hand or walking sometimes in the dishwasher. The cover almost always end up in the dishwasher.
It should be mentioned that the WMF pots therefore give a sound of itself, as long as the cooking zone is active "sing" quiet on the induction field. But that is so quiet that it is already drowned loose of boiling pasta water and we do not interfere. The older IKEA style casserole (since then and continues to be our eggs pot) sings louder :)
Full marks and a buy recommendation to anyone looking for induction enabled pots.
