I bought two of these fans (designed for use on radiator) to replace the fan on Pelletier appliance systems, very loud. In the end, my cameras are now almost inaudible, only a small buzzing noise is heard, therefore great product. Maybe not the most powerful of the market but still very effective and silent. The packaging and comprehensive, quality workmanship is very good too. So no criticism, except perhaps the choice of brand colors for all their models, not very aesthetic in a tower pc "tuning" but hey, it's a matter of taste.
