Nice but not quiet PC

Fans are powerful, breath is nickel.
As against the engine noise ... At low speed or even average, the engine made a quick sound of "click". The anti-vibration system is not developed.
In short, I returned, because if you want a silent computer, it's not clear they need to take but the Silent Wings 2.
