I have the Gelschaumkissen because my back pain (3 months ago) I bought overnight could no longer limp not because the intolerable neck and back pain. In retrospect, I would have about 100 not worth it for a cushion but a suffering person does anything to alleviate and that is unfortunately often exploited. But back to cushion evaluation. It was important to be able to adjust the cushion height (fits), and it is soft and cuddly. Since I unfortunately have no comparison to other pillows I say just once, it is ok. Perhaps it might even be a bit harder (supportive). Should I have maybe a Viskosekissen mitbestellten as comparison but as I said I had no Nerf in time for it. After 3 months of use should also be noted that the cushion no longer has the support function that it had at the beginning of time (it has become more hard / klubig). The pillowcase is incidentally very fast gray and dirty but that only in passing. By the way I move my pillow constantly - this and the fact that I happen to have started a job in the time I had to lift heavy boxes by could probably be the reason that since my Naken / have stopped back pain. So people no pillows in the world replaces the training of Naken / back muscles ;-)
