Nice to look at, but otherwise nothing!

I have this machine since June 2010 at the private use (4 cups a day). Within a year he was 2x to customer service (Beans do not feed / problems with whisk). He was replaced in April the 3rd time for a new one.
Now problems again with the slide down the beans, and the steam control turns off only 90%. Now have goodwill request made at Melitta, we will see something out of it is! Will report here! Give 'far hence 3 stars.

Addendum .... machine must in the Melitta service again, am euphony Melitta an isolated case ....... no grace 1 star maxinal ...

After calling Amazon came from there the offer, the unit zurückzunehmen.Das I call service and confirmed me in it to make over and over again in my Amazon purchases, even if (as in individual cases) competitors are minimally effective. Nachtag. Meltta can only repair it ..... or surcharge of 600, - provide a Melitta Ci ... But according to Hotline puts there the same technique as in the lounge in there. No Thanks. Go back to Amazon. Delonghi ESAM 5600 ordered ... top handles, softly, very compact, no Plasiklook! Coffee beans to buy now no longer of Melitta. :-)

Addendum: within a few days, the return on Amazon was done to the credit of refund.
