I hesitated before finally choosing this controller. My old one was rumpad from Logitech and after more than eight years she decided to let me down. I visited several forums and other tests before asking my choice for a wireless controller "Microsoft" and I do not regret it (beware the wireless adapter + - 20 euros is required). At first a little difficult to get used to the ergonomics, but after a few hours it became natural to me. Windows immediately recognized seven. Best of all, all of my games in the recognized and impeccable steam it navigates ... in short a big plus compared to my old :)
