No good service and poor product quality

The color of the coat agreed not nearly match that of the image or the description. The size falls much smaller than normally.
Therefore, I have the package returned in hopes of reimbursement, or sending a blue jacket in a different size.
I was assured both by mail, but I have received nothing, no refund or the mantle.
I am very disappointed!
Not to be recommended!
