No map updating !?

The TomTom GO Live Camper & Caravan distinguishes itself through its (known by TomTom) very good quality workmanship. The Navi
can be said to control or operate on its generous display. The Blutooth function works perfectly and Extras
are so extensive that you will probably never need all (z. Ex. I personally Twitter on a Navi for a superfluous gimmick).

The Navi has piloted us easily to Portugal and back and the ADAC pitch and per campsite guide is excellent.

While the unit so the usual TomTom has quality that you're used to for years and I do not at this point
can complain, I am we met at another location on the head: there is no map update for your device!
Actually, it was stated that one could relate to the (rather high) fee, update the map, but when we tried that was it
not possible. We wrote to the support, but have so far received no response.

Now I have seen in one of the other reviews that there has happened something similar and there has answered the support,
that an update is not possible and have to say that if that's right, I have to advise against buying this Navis.

I will continue to wait for the (long overdue) response of support and extend this review if necessary.
