No-name battery or Orgiginalqualität?

I have a nice Haibike exduroRC as Vorführfahrrad half price when Radcenter Leonberg ("McBike") purchased. Nobody told me that there (was 200km-Laufleitsung on the clock) since the start of this vhbw battery was used. Only after the first cleaning it fell on me and I confronted the seller it.
Well, he says that I could indeed buy against payment of EUR 250.00 the original battery with 300Wh. I think this is true fraud but why should I get upset.
The vhbw battery certainly has not built the stamina of the original battery, but he seems really neat. Since I always wonder "priced or original" I write out my experience.
Our area here is hilly, a 5 km Unterstütung "Touring" then I turn in downhill sections also completely out. At the end I get to 60 km, but without having dispensed with all the comforts. It was actually even unreasonable passages in "turbo" mode, which stops only at 27.2 km / h with me. The outer layers Temperataturen -5 to -5 degrees. For better temperatures might siehts still somewhat lush.
As a comparison: My wife has Panasonic drive system from 2007 (Kalkhoff Agattu) and since the first original battery after 2 years was over, was still grace, but two years later again noticeable performance degradation. From ursrpünglich 60 kilometers only comes to 18 ....

I invite with the original charger in about 3 hours of "almost" empty to 5 bar. The bar graph does not go out after charging but remains at the 5th I know other batteries, which then the lights go out after the charge.

Conclusion: Even under extreme loads I notice any performance issues and the mileage is OK. Whether as long as the battery lasts as original, you can not say now, of course.

I can recommend the battery current state of knowledge and now just hope to long-lived cells.
