Dealing with me as clients from both Microsoft's and Amazon's part is in one word - disappointing. (Am very well but still matrikuliert at a German university) Since I do not dwell in the foreseeable future in Deutchland denied me Microsoft product activation for violation of regional regulations. Two long phone with the customer service of Microsoft Germany remained without result, a new region-specific key could not be created from xy reasons. I was referred friendly to the Microsoft Customer Service on site in Nicaragua. Chapeau! - Does not exist. Neither Amazon nor Microsoft are willing to give me to refund the purchase price. A disappointed customer feels cheated by 74 euros.
