LEAST: everything else. too expensive for what it is because IT IS NOT AIR CONDITIONER and it is not normal to fall on it by searching for "air conditioner" in amazon.
This is a humidifier, which gives the sensation of cool air because the water droplets dry on the skin by consuming heat (basic thermodynamics). Ice water can accentuate the phenomenon but the effect on the room temperature is negligible.
Worse: it greatly increases humidity, which will make the stifling atmosphere, unless ventilation. A real air conditioner condensed water and recovered there, it's just the opposite.
An AIR uses a compressor and a refrigerant gas as a fridge. The exhaust air from an air conditioner is cold and the temperature of a room can drop several degrees. Not with this device.
It is therefore misleading to speak of air conditioner, it is not one. This is just a fan who plays.
