The mouse is connected in wireless operation via a USB mini-receiver to the PC. For drivers and software is a MiniDisc. Since the insertion drive my notebook accepts no mini Dics, I downloaded the driver and the configuration software from the manufacturer Roccat page. This worked well, the mouse is detected after installation, or through plug and play immediately. I use the mouse a small multicolored mouse pad with fabric cover. With the underground, the mouse comes easily clear.
The Pyra Wireless a pocket was In addition to notebook mice usual. While the competing products quite small padded pockets are (example: Logitech Anywhere), there are at Pyra Wireless only a small cloth bag with drawstring. The bag is not padded, so it is not suitable for safe transport of the mouse. It reinforces the impression here that was saved not only in the processing of the mouse.
On the first day of the wireless operation worked without any problems. On the second day, after some time the cursor began uncontrollably about to jump. The pointer could be no longer move. Turning the mouse, re-Connecten mouse reinstalling the driver brought no remedy. Was closed with the USB cable everything (still) without any problems. After unplugging the USB cable went after a short time again shake the mouse twitching. Because I wanted a wireless mouse, and the operating cable has not convinced me (the cable is somehow always in the way, which probably is related that it is forward simply aufgeflanscht and accordingly survives) I returned the mouse , For the price you can expect better quality.
