The Galaxy Tab 7.0 4 can no screen mirroring. Not even with the current Samsung TVs. Even my Nexus 7 (latest version) can transfer the image to the TV. Stands on an English Samsung page that the Tablet Screen Mirroring (AllShare Cast - not to be confused with AllShare Play) can. But this tablet can thus transfer photos to your TV only "AllShare Play Samsung = link". The series Galaxy Note 10.1 last generation was to transfer already in a position to screen wirelessly to your TV. And also a tested by me Medion Tablet in the same price range (EUR170) may Screen Mirroring.
I buy a Samsung tablet to a Samsung TV and have fewer options than with non-Samsung devices.

Well I tried mirroring via Google Chromecast Stick (EUR35). Result with the Nexus 7 good (not quite as good as mirroring of Nexus 7 on Samsung TV directly), rotten with the Galaxy Tab 7.0 4. The Chromecast app also displays that the tablet is not suitable. Now one can certainly hope that Screen Mirroring goes via Chromecast.

Otherwise, I'm writing on the admittedly more expensive (+ EUR100) but also much better Google Nexus 7, 2013. Lt. Data has the Tab 4 GPS ... but no Gyro. The Nexus can do 360grad photos (Sphere) or use Google "starry sky" by moving the tablet in the room - with the Samsung does not. (- Not with this device kompartibel among others Bloomberg) Google Earth is not running (black screen where the globe is), other apps can not even install.

About the camera does not need to speak further one. Something bad like this 3MP I had long ceased to a tablet. With the Google camera is 480p maximum resolution for video.

Automatic brightness control of the display does not exist.

No wonder that this tablet has fallen during the weeks of EUR200 to EUR150 below. It plays in the price range of EUR100 tablets and is faced by only because 1.5GB RAM (instead of 1GB) and superior to the fairly good housing. The buttons on the device may please. Those who can not spend more than EUR150 should consider the competitors, otherwise the Nexus 7 2013 attack (not Nexus 7 2012). The Nexus 7 gets even Android 5. Whether that also comes with Samsung?
