But this P / L, I had to strike. I have absolutely no regrets, the memory is going great 24/7 with the specified 1333Mhz in an Intel Core i7 720QM Notebook with Intel PM55 chipset and HD5870 super stable, so how the just wishes. Even a moderate increase in the "FSB" clock is possible without any problems and crashes. In an Alienware testweise installed (since other chipset) with i7 720QM and Intel HM55 (not the "older" PM55 as in my) Again, no problems.
Pro:
- Price-Performance
- Packaging, FBA (1 working day without Prime and articles was with me)
- Quality of the modules is high (as heck be otherwise)
- Stability, Intel PM55 and compatible HM55 actually 1333er modules
- MemTest stable, even with a little more than 675 Mhz)
Con:
- Little scolding at Amazon because Briefversand - mailer was by some "wetter" Weather in the mail box open :(
here probably has the adhesive power fails
Would safely access again, who buys brand memory too much money; o) in which here probably missing only the branding.
The manufacturer is also lifetime warranty.
FYI: CPUID says the following
Module size: 4096MB
PC3.10700 / 667Mhz
DRAM Frequency: 666 Mhz (* 2 = 1333)
CL: 9.0 clocks
tRCD: 9 clocks
tRP: 9 clocks
tRAS: 24 clocks
tRFC 107 clocs
CR: 1T
Timings can be (if option available in the BIOS) and tighten slightly, still runs 1a :)
Oh, I'm from 2x2GB 1066er memory switched and do not regret it, did not expect that I the transition so feel as 4GB already is neat, but the 8GB make really noticeable (in Photoshop or in load times in games) generally comes down somewhat smoother.
Therefore: 5 stars!
Update: Now, after almost 5 months still, everything was perfect =)
