1. Odour: zero fishy, completely neutral (was afraid that the same spoils my appetite from the start)
2. Consistency: rubbery, kind of like squid tubes
I have made the "noodles" with salmon sauces and am very pleasantly surprised. Sure, the consistency is already different from normal pasta, but the "noodle hunger" is absolutely satisfied !!!
Recipe:
500g Konjac pasta tagliatelle Type
1/2 cup smoked salmon with dill Philadelphia Balance
75g Salmon fillet
Onions and dill to taste
125ml broth
Sauté onions and pour in broth. Cut the salmon into cubes and add to the broth, cream cheese and dill and let it boil. If necessary add salt ...
Konjac pasta pour from the package in a sieve and rinse well. Boil water and noodles into the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. And mix After the noodles to the sauce. If necessary, must again be after-peppered, because the noodles are really completely tasteless.
But I have a feeling that the Konjac noodles saturate a lot more than normal pasta. Normally I manage with noodles loose 1.5-2 plate - today I had to give up after half a plate.
