Norman Whitfield masterpiece with the Temptations

The following review refers exclusively! on the original CD The Temptations Masterpiece: So does not relate to the vinyl record (LP), still on the 2Albums On 1CD version of the album (Warning latter CD contains only abbreviated versions of The Tempations Masterpiece and The Temptations A Song! For you).

If this review - without my help - also appears on other versions of the album, which is grossly misleading, so that statements be taken from me but apparently that the different (sound) qualities do not apply.

From this - not requested by me - mixing of different pressures and versions of the album with a single review I dissociate myself.

Masterpiece is a true masterpiece ... but a Norman Whitfield masterpiece!

However, this reduces the quality of the songs is not much, really every single title is top class. The title says it all and the sale of this CD is for everyone Temptations-, Motown and Norman Whitfield fan for granted.

The Temptations had tired of the way to another album, as "The Norman Whitfield Chorale Singers" to be mocked and announced the cooperation with Whitfield on. Instead, they took back more vocal-oriented albums and singles for Motown, which were supervised by other producers and composers.
