First you have to read the fine print .. 15 minutes for AA 1.300mha to 75% of their charge! Why not 5 minutes with a 50% 900mha? bah!
The supplied batteries are 2400mha fortunately. Who buys AA 1300mha today? These batteries are the latest generation, with a discharge of less than 20% per year, which is really appreciable ... very good battery, which also will take at least 1 hour to fully charge (the last 20% being ever to load)
The charger is equipped with quite noisy fan. It charges the number of batteries that is desired, only 1 or 3 ... no need to load in pairs like the old chargers
The problem is that the charger does not like THAT brand batteries, I tried to load "Energizer", "Super U", "Uniross" and so only 2 or 3 other brands without ... success. He tells me that the batteries are down. What is false, it load without problems on my BC700 charger.
Moreover it is shown in the doc (take a magnifying glass) "to reduce the risk of injury, you should charge only rechargeable NIMH batteries Duracell ..." Gasp ...
I appreciate the Duracell batteries, but a charger that only loads a brand batteries ...! no thank you
0 stars for the charger, the batteries they deserve 5 stars
