positive:
- Chamber allocation can be set individually.
- Fits for my EOS 550D + kit lens + 250mm telephoto + 50m fixed focal length (but is then fully)
- Many side pockets for small items (but probably not for GeLi's)
- To open via zipper or clippers.
- Spare battery with the EOS 550D

negative:
- The additional handle directly on the bag is indeed a great idea but would not to be attached to the side. So the bag tilts always side because the center of gravity and must be transported with the ugly handle.

Conclusion: The bag is a good choice for beginners and the spare battery makes the offer attractive.

Update: after 1.5 years of normal use the battery has given up.
