Not camera edition in scale

The tripod makes at first sight a good impression and is well made for the price and I would like to keep it, but:
The camera rest is simply not to bring in balance (not 90 ° to the vertical). It may be that this is true only on my tripod, but I do not think so, because the folding joint (horizontal / vertical) and all the rest is poor and un- stable processed. Panning is not really well executed, raking something, but so that I could have lived.

But a photo is taken with tripod should already be in the balance, especially if you want to make panoramic images. Have the tripod therefore unfortunately have to send them back again, which is not my style in general.

2 stars because not in balance and therefore unusable. Without this error 3.5 star wg unstable camera edition.

Note the edition is definitely meant for compact cameras, not for SLR or camcorder!
