I tested this for myself housing that has worked well for some EXCEPT 2 TB drives (WD20EARS from Western Digital): the disc is recognized but Windows Seven offers the format to play it. Could not access them if you do not format.

The problem is that once formatted and the disc becomes unreadable on other docking stations (eg, stations to connect only one disk, or the like FreeCom Sansun).

I found these problems of readability and compatibility with this dock and the 2 TB drives in Windows, but also on Popcorn Hour (USB connected dock on it), while all my records (including WD20EARS) operate under Windows and Popcorn Hour with FreeCom sansun and docks.

I returned the product to the seller, taken and repaid without problems.
So I bought a DriveDock Duo (Macway) that operates seamlessly with all my records.

In short this is to be avoided if you have the same technical problem as me.
