The product appears well made. The bluetooth pairing is relatively easy. However, it is very disappointing that this keyboard is not fully compatible with all Samsung tablets. For example: some keys normally accessible via the Alt key are totally ineffective on a tablet Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. Tested under the same conditions on an older generation tablet, yet this keyboard works perfectly. Blame the different versions of Android?
