Have not tested the FT3, but the predecessor product FT2.

For me it was doing as many others here.

The camera worked 2.5 years without major problems. After flooding in 1m deep water. But not by the seals, but via the top of the button (the shutter button, etc.). Apparently a design flaw. Panasonic denied any goodwill. I would therefore advise against underwater use! Furthermore, due to the durability and customer service of Panasonicprodukten general ...

Contraindications:
- Not waterproof! For operation on land there are cheaper cameras ....
- Lens always greasy - often has to be wiped

Pro:
+ Makes good pictures
