the new MTV Unplugged is after the last, in my opinion, not very successful live album "Live Diversity" from 2011 again a good job of Otto Tilmann. Nevertheless Gentleman increasingly commercialized in recent years, comes after a long time playfulness and over the tracks sound so well arranged as never before. The guest musicians, the gentleman always known well put in scene, doing a good job. Overall a very successful live album where not only Gentleman fans have their joy. However, it is not atmospherically to the live album "Gentleman and the Far East Band of 2003" in Cologne zoom and certainly not to the powerful and passionate concerts from 2004 Jack Radics, Daddy Rings and Martin Jondo. Although the latter also plays on MTV Unplugged with the gentleman wonderful "Rainy Days", but is far behind the fantastic 2003s version. Overall, I think the MTV Unplugged very well done, the old desire to gamble and the rebellious and the passion of the then undefeated Live Performers, however, since the departure of Far East Band given way to my mind a softer side. That will be probably due to the wider audience.
