This is subjective, of course, and does not call into question the aid given by Mrs Byron Katie to people who have requested. For me this book does not keep its promises. The four questions implemented here, explained and illustrated with examples, I seem unreliable: the examples show that the conversation between Mrs. Byron Katie and individuals who request are directed by the author, who returns his interlocutors "as crepes ". But in my opinion, it has nothing to do with a deep and lasting help, I have the impression that the effect of these questions is not ephemeral. It is true that the book says it takes practice to feel the benefits of such a process, but I admit to not having been conquered at all.
