Fryer seems very fragile at first but fulfills its role to perfection fryer. The only flaws, the tank does not go in the dishwasher, is not very convenient to clean considering the connections that make contact with the carrier are fixed to the tank. The oil level is 2 liters and a half fairs fry a lot of chips. The heating time is also very important. It takes at least 20 minutes to bring up the oil tempétature then to brown in 2 Baths: 1 to 150 degrees and the last at 190 degrees to get through against perfect fries. Despite these minor drawbacks I recommend this fryer without surprises.
