Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet PC Edition 2014 10.1 "(25.65 cm) Exynos 5400 1.9GHz Processor 3GB 16GB White

I had many a times try to connect the keyboard with my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet edition 2014 bluetouth in android 4.3 ... without any success. the tablet does not recognize the keyboard.
there is no instruction to help me in the mini booklet
no way to contact the manufacturer ... the brand wikson no apparent ...

In short it seems to be a good product but only under certain tablet. for once I am very very bother to rate it = /

If I can have a habit of response or samsung I would complete the comment.
