... Now broken even at 2. irrigator von Braun tube .... Recommendation: select other manufacturers !!!

After 2.5 years, our first oral irrigator von Braun in 2010 broke down: The hose had become leaky. The warranty period had just expired, a repair was not recommended due to high costs. So we have brought ourselves to buy a new product, also from Brown, oral irrigator, costs 64.99 euros. Now, after 2 years and 2 months and this irrigator is defective, the hose became leaky. Completely unnerved, we googled the web for cheap parts and find numerous messages also battered customers whose 2nd and 3rd oral irrigators are kaputtgegangen same reason. There is no cheap spare parts, repair therefore not worthwhile simply outrageous. I turned with the complaint to Braun GmbH and get the standard reference to the service provider via e-mail, introduced with the phrase "We are delighted that you have chosen our product." That's what we regret !! The service provider is 35 km away, and refers to the elapsed warranty period and the opportunity to install a new handset + Hose:. Expenses including installation and postage for shipping back and forth: tight 50 euros, so the question. We will change the manufacturer !!!! And I can only recommend.
