Max cathedrals also has no app. AirPlay is alas the last update fold well. Some complain, however, that HD streaming was removed here.

Recently, there is a Netflix app directly from the Apple TV menu.
Netflix will soon go in Germany at the start, but is quite expensive.

One finds there movies that are available for 99 cents currently. Will you look at these HD availability, they cost 1.99.
There were already the Hunger Games in HD for 1.99, which I think is fair.
Otherwise, the latest movies in HD usually cost 4.99 EUR, which I think is quite steep.
In my view, the films are still too expensive.
Of course, you can save yourself the trip to the video store, but the trip to the video store does not bother me and brings perhaps films on the plan that you would so not be found.
