1) the sound is often décallé relative to the image. Possibility to combine the two, so I try, but obviously, that's not the point.
2) The logbook is far from being complete and accurate. The difficulties that can be encountered are not mentioned very often. And the explanations are vague.
3) Owl there is a technical support via email. Possiibilité to seek information or advice from the box site. The answers are quick and clear. That's good. Problem, the number of questions / answers are very limited free, it must then pay for the right to obtain solutions.
4) Not always easy to have sound. I always make two / three / four settings before achieved. Image not always in color either. Poor image quality. Okay moving from a vhs to computer but is there a reason that defects of vhs be accentuated at this point (frankly degraded image quality)?
5) For some time, the images are no longer stable. They regularly wavy on the PC while it's not even the case on TV.
