OK product, packaging HELP!

I absolutely do not question the product itself (for now my prints go well and drives pass on amount of players))
By cons, packaging is POOR Amazon. Never seen that ..
The disk around freely walking around in too much cardboard and had no protection whatsoever! It costs too much to wrap a simple bubble paper? Result final: the tower itself is broken (handy for storing my DVD ...) and several DVDs are also (and when I say broken, one must understand where they are in pieces!)

I paid 100 for DVD and I still do not know how will be really usable, and that's a shame.
After several problems with deliveries, Amazon clearly down in my esteem.
I was happy to order here for the attractive price of the product, but it is clear that given the result, I will not have me again.
