A little disappointed because the black rather turns on the dark gray. The pages have less contrast than the original Brother cartridge supplied (unfortunately short). That's enough to print his letter, but sometimes limits for certain documents not quite contrasting color.
By printing bit (a few pages per month), the cartridge is exhausted after 2 years, which seems to me little.
The price / quality ratio is therefore questionable.
