Overall, I now the third dimmer in use:
1) phase dimmer Kopp 8002 from the hardware store (20-325 W): Can not really dim dark, silently, sometimes slight flickering.
2) Specially developed for LEDi phase gating dimmer Busch-Jäger 6523 (7-100 W): Can be very far dim the dark, strong hum of lights, sometimes slight flickering.
3) from OSRAM as compatible declared phase dimmer ELSO 174 200: Can be very far into the dim darkness, silently, sometimes slight flickering.
On closer inspection of the two lamps, I then found that the two lamps from different batches:
BK3B: flickers very noticeable, whirred louder with the phase gating dimmer, has a warmer light color
BK3R: flickers less (but still sometimes), whirred less noisy, has a unpleasant cold light color
Overall, I feel that I have expensive junk, made in China purchased. Tomorrow I'll sit down again with the OSRAM Customer Center.
Addendum:
In a first reaction OSRAM replaced one of the two LEDs of the same color against a LED noting that the color variation was located within the specifications. Unfortunately, these two LEDs flickered with all dimmers, and in particular in the joint operation on a dimmer.
A fourth phase dimmer of sygonix (33596V) did not solve the flickering and there was a second complaint at OSRAM necessary. The flickering could ultimately only be solved by special LEDOTRON LED bulbs were used where the dimming setting will be transmitted in the form of a coded message, and not leading or section. These LEDs are available but so far only as an equivalent to 60 W lamps, and it is necessary also a special LEDOTRON dimmer.
However, in this combination, I am absolutely satisfied with the dimming capabilities and quality of light.
