However, I was disabused.
First, I noticed that the blade is not uniform "sharp" but partly already had quirks.
"Good," I thought to myself, "in which the price is probably above".
So nevertheless used the knife, washed and what do I see on the day it: rust
The entire blade was covered with small rust dots that could not easily be rubbed out.
Since I have no desire to permanently clean my knife with sandpaper, I have returned to Amazon.
When "low" means that the blades have quirks and rust immediately, then I can do without it, and no less than stand by my perhaps not quite as sharp, but stainless knives.
I do not know why that part of otherwise just about gets away here.
