Initial review from 17/08/2010:
The ONE FOR ALL SMART CONTROL 6 + 3 is (for me) THE ULTIMATE universal remote FOR BEST PRICE. 6 individual units can be easily in their basic functions and easy to install on 4 possible variants as follows. (I describe below my personal installation experience):
(1) Via "simlpe set": that is, with only 1 number code - for very popular manufacturers, such as Philips (my TV), LG (my Blu-Ray player.
=> I had already completely installed within 3 minutes 2 of 4 Device remote controls. Toll !!!
(2) Via "Direct code setup". ie as a 4-digit code according to the enclosed device code list for many other manufacturers (for me: my Comag SL 90 HD satellite receiver).
=> Number 3 was installed - after a further 5 minutes (had to try 2 or 3 different ones of the predefined codes). Super!
(3) Via "Search method": that is, by a search of additional preinstalled codes the remote control when method (2) does not work, as in my Enox Soundbar.
=> Sorry, but this method has not led me to a desired installation of EnoX remote control. Sch ....
Good that there is the option (4) is:
(4) Via "Learning Function (Copy)": ie each individual key command any remote control can be by comparing exposure of remote controls ("One for all" versus "original" (eg Enox)) transmitted very simple. With this copying variant I transfer all the necessary commands EnoX remote at the "One for all". Somewhat expensive (I admit), but very successful and faster than thought (expense: approx. 20 min) ... BRILLIANT !!!
Intermediate CONCLUSION: ONE FOR ALL (in the truest sense) !!!!
In addition, the "One For All Smart Control 6 + 3" provides the practical option to choose one of the 6 individual devices 3 preset scenarios / combinations that makes switching between the single-enabled devices. VERY CONVENIENT !!! - Namely:
(1) WATCH TV = TV + satellite receiver + amplifier
(2.) WATCH MOVIE = TV + Blu-ray / DVD + amplifier
(3) LISTEN TO MUSIC = Blu-ray / DVD + amplifier
Finally, can the "volume control" to adjust so that there is always a specific device (eg amplifier / Soundbar) is driven as a volume control, irrespective of their device mode (TV, MOVIE, MUSIC, ...) has been selected: ULTIMATE PRACTICAL !! !
Final conclusion: The "One for All Smart Control 6 + 3" I managed all 4 devices (TV, SAT, Blu-ray, Soundbar) individually control. And even better: be able to select the 3 most common scenarios TV, DVD and music with just 1 button press. Moreover, the Soundbar (Enox Cinema Sound Box IIIa) could be laid down as a central volume control - in Kombaination with all individual devices and in all scenarios.
I'm 100% satisfied. !!!
PS: The only drawback: The required 4 AAA batteries are not included. So please order specially!
