This is among other things mean, not suitable for induction, replace Schmorpfanne of Tefal.
These roasters I have come because of the almost exclusively very positive reviews.
After now have 2 weeks of use, I want to tell you about my first impressions ...
Positive noticed is my non-stick coating. The cleaning is really very easy to do with hot water. In my opinion there is to use the dishwasher for any need. I can not say anything yet about the durability and scratch resistance.
The one negative is my very long heating time until the roaster reaches a suitable temperature for frying.
(I report herein of my experiences on a ceramic hob Maybe this works much better on an induction hob -.. I would be in this regard a comment.)
In order to heat the thick roaster ground to a temperature of 190 degrees, my hob requires a whopping 7 minutes at full power stage!
My Tefal pan, with considerably thinner soil, however, is ready to start as early as 2.5 minutes. (Temperature measured with an infrared thermometer)
This makes the roaster suitable for me on a ceramic hob only conditionally. I hope this works much better on an induction hob.

Meanwhile I use the roaster on an induction hob. The problem with the long warm-up time is no longer, so I have my original review raised.
Yet I can not recommend to use the roasting pan on a hob unfortunately. The roasting dish derives excellent at retaining heat and radiate on the high side walls. My hob had a hard time this energy nachzuliefern to keep the temperature constant, which is why I had to set it at the highest performance level when roasting always.
