only super, then disappointing

I planned this compact ironing system already Dampfbügelstation (brand device) with separate water tank. After some time the water ran out, so I looked around for a new station. After the very good customer reviews in conjunction with the low price, I then decided to use the device by Solac. At first I was irritated because there is no separate water tank, but that did not affect the steam iron properties. I am -in contrast to the device that I previously hatte- absolutely delighted with the compact ironing system Solac. The iron is a bit difficult, but slides excellent, so I have no problems in this regard. Most excellent, I find the opportunity to use the steam even at low temperatures. The ironing system is ready for operation in no time, the old machine lasted several minutes. Only the handle is a bit short and the buttons for temperature selection, etc. are somewhat unhappy arranged so that it can happen that you accidentally tapping while ironing. But if you have become accustomed to it automatically grips the handle at the rear end, and the problem is solved. I would recommend the compact ironing system really absolutely recommend all in all!

Addendum almost 1 year later: Unfortunately I had to return due to various problems the device. Despite padded Wasssertank the steam function did not work and the screen always displays the symbol appeared that the water has to be refilled. Although I have already changed twice after appropriate display the anti-scale cartridge, this icon also lit up again.

I have complained about the defect at Amazon and returned the device for free. After not even a week I have already received the credit from Amazon. Super service, thank you! Since I was with the Solac Compact ironing system initially so very happy, I'm going to order the equipment again in the hope that it keeps longer this time.

Well, unfortunately, my hopes have been dashed again after just 3 years. As with the first Solac compact ironing system, the steam function does not work anymore, although the water tank is completely full and I changed the anti-scale cartridge. Because of this repeated problem I make a devaluation of 5 to 2 stars. Just because the power strap is initially truly unbeatable, I do not values ​​from a star.
