Only work with xbox but you need the Microsoft adaptor.Also controller you need to update the software on the controller via a USB cable connected to the Xbox1 (should get you to the first screen you will use) .just to confirm the microphone works on the game chat (Xbox1) and a sound through the optical output on the note xbox1.Another remember to remove the clear plastic covers supplied optical plummet before connecting to a Xbox and make sure the 3.5mm jack is plugged into the adapter Microsoft safely.
