Fans of high-tech and digital gadgets like get their money for this device: it is a problem when playing or recording from high quality VHS tapes, especially if they are equipped with a hi-fi audio track. When pure play can still be easily manually tracking (= tracking) set up during dubbing (= Dubbing) on hard disk (HDD) or DVD but the standard track setting is automatically activated, and playing the hi-fi audio track is in many VHS tapes associated with unpleasant noise. The real problem of this new generation of VHS technology therefore seems to me to automate the tracking, the part of the calibration of the instrument and thus not be corrected. Unfortunately, the prevailing focus on optimum image quality has apparently resulted in the production of this article to a culpable neglect of sound, which is especially a lot of music lovers meet, who have spent good money for the purchase of VHS video carriers: a clear indication of a mass product, with the needs of the customer will not be considered with some high expectations!
PS Similar problems occur incidentally, also in the comparable combi recorder of Panasonic: Panasonic DMR-EX99VEGK DVD and HDD recorder / VHS recorder combination 250GB (HDMI, 1080p upscaler, DivX Certified, USB 2.0) analog with integrated DVB-T tuner combi black
