The phone is not actually simlock, but bootloader is locked, it is impossible to flash the mobile at will.

It is theoretically possible to unlocked through the Motorola website, but it does not send codes to become root on the mobile.

Update on 23/05/2014
I finally managed to unlock the phone, (automatic filter problem gmail).
However, the rootage of the phone to totally reset (wipe all give, without saying anything), even leaving containing photos were deleted.

I return to Samsung mobile, and here no problem with the rootage (aside the official updates blocked).
