Another excellent TaoTronics safety lamp that I was happy to test. Just like TT-HSL001 model, this lamp is completely waterproof, lightweight and easy to install. It is responsible in one sunny day and produces a very bright white light for 30 seconds after motion detection in a radius of 3 meters. This lamp has a concept with clean, modern lines. The solar collector is on top and the 16 LED spotlights produce a strong skylight downwards. I like the white cover that diffuses the light and makes it more pleasant, but still very powerful. The lamp is delivered ready to mount with two screws and plugs, a small activation tool (like a paperclip) and a clear manual in four languages including French. The build quality is excellent, well above last solar lights I bought, that failed after only one season.
For maximum efficiency, it is important to mount it in a very sunny place. On my terrace, the burden seems to last really well. According to the specifications, a single charge lasts for 12 hours continuously.
In a sunny winter day my lamp has fully charged and maintained its full power for several days Cloudy. For the price, this is a great deterrent to nocturnal prowlers, but it is also valuable to illuminate a door for easy opening in the dark. It's really convenient because there is no need for wiring. It is also easy to move, reposition or take with you, and solar energy is free. Highly recommended.
