I think this claim, the Panasonic VIERA TX-55CXW704 more than satisfy.
I will not go into technical intricacies and features, I think that you can read better elsewhere in my review.
I want to play for me the relevant findings.
First, I'm assuming that the target group is for such a device rather demanding users with technical background knowledge (What 4k ever is) on top quality and great value.
The current purchase price is not quite irrelevant and very good Full HD image on a device brand you get but already much cheaper.
Well.
Looks of Viera quite high on the product picture, so he can be considered "high-end device" completely convince in reality.
The housing with the aluminum frame looks absolutely sophisticated and high quality.
Also, the panel provides even when switched off the visual impression that there was something "better" is.
The feet are very stable and fast fixed, unfortunately with the disadvantage that my old TV cabinet had to give way, because of Viera is too great for (my 50 inch was a "middle-stem").
Installation is very simple, I personally operate the Viera to DVB-C (digital cable).
But primarily I look over Sky receiver with additional HD-package (Sky and digital cable).
Fire-TV Box and Samsung 3D Blu-Ray player are connected.
The latter must now give way to the Sony BDP-S6200 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray player, this is normal Blu-Ray's in excellent quality at 4K scaling up (everything else makes for a 4K device safely little sense).
Here I am waiting for my order, update follows ...
For the sound I use the Sony HT-XT1 Soundbase and I think that most users that a TV buy this class also have additional demands on the sound and use external systems here.
Although I must say that the Viera already has a really good sound with the built-in speakers for a "TV-flat device" (here you have to be realistic).
From my previous devices so far definitely the best.
What is striking is the very high working speed, or processor power of Viera.
Finally a device that meets my needs.
The software I find successful and well structured and I must say that I am more the type here who does not read manuals, or needed.
But here we were again in the target group for a device of this class ...
Now for the (for me) importantly, the image quality.
Here I must clearly say that I'm really excited!
The Viera has an incredibly good picture quality.
The Panel does the rest to not really detectable clouding and even in very bright (white) backgrounds is absolutely homogeneous illumination.
The picture settings will of course make every personal taste, I find that the contrast (here would be of very good black level) and the color reproduction at very high levels are.
Definitely the best picture I have ever seen.
As already mentioned several times 4k contents are of course not (yet) in short supply, so I was on the tip of a very grateful Mitrezensenten (free videos about 4ktv).
About connected hard drive (WD My Passport Ultra, USB 3.0) was playing no problem and I have to say, the picture quality has almost bowled me!
So great I would not have imagined, and I hope that in this regard do more soon.
The Smart TV functions (such as might be expected) absolutely satisfactory and also with high working speed.
The network device worked for me immediately.
But I assume that there are timely updates of the firmware for a device of this class and the Viera is not yet here on the last level.
Still noted.
The remote control is compared with the device, "technically design" somehow inappropriately.
But this is certainly a matter of taste.
And the power consumption is 129 watts with a small downer ....
But that would be about all negative, because if one ever can call it so.
Conclusion:
The Panasonic VIERA TX-55CXW704 is a noble UHD TV to date, technical upper-class.
The image quality keeps any comparison, unfortunately it currently quantitatively is still a lack of opportunities to enjoy this time-frame in all its glory.
I am of the device definitely absolutely loved it!
