Overall satisfaction 9

I enjoyed:
* Shipped by Amazon, so fast and well packed (as usual, exceptions)
* Super easy to install, even in the absence of instructions / drawings: we must look at the pictures on the product page on the Internet and is easy to understand (however, if such a little bit of notice and / or drawings 2-3, although not essential, was still attached, it would avoid any negative review about it)
* Efficiency: quiet and good wiping no traces (to see in a few weeks / months duration).

I did not like:
* The main broom, 65cm long, sometimes bent / curved 2 (together with the 2nd broom, shorter) in a small flat box of 33,5cm x 43cm. This does not seem to weaken or damaging it, but it's surprising how how to ...
* Point-relay delivery was refused by Amazon due to the size of the object (no side of the packaging should make more 55cm, I did not know). Except that the main broom folded in 2, packaging OUTSIDE 55cm x 36cm Amazon was doing and was therefore quite "fit" to be delivered point-relay. This would have saved me 5.5 hours to get stuck at home waiting for the UPS driver !! ...
