Packaging broken - sent anyway

As described in other reviews, the lid of the can was broken with me. I'm ziehmlich sure this was a bearing failure, because the other products of my order, and the cardboard were intact.
Since the box was additionally sealed in a foil (probably later), I decided not to return them.

For product: taste really fine, due to defective packaging, however, not quite as attractive (especially the upper layers, towards the ground they had then more flavor). The chewy consistency does not bother me as Wine Gum supporter.

What particularly annoys me is the point that obviously defective goods is simply sent as without notice in the offer, or by mail.
