The quality is so good that I even thus producing my own peanut butter! Recipe: Wash 500 gr. Of peanuts, dry (easiest with a salad spinner) in the pan without oil roasting are light brown nice evenly to this. Deglaze is covered with water until this water. In the blender with 1 geh.TL salt and mix. possibly even add water so that a smooth paste. Of course you can replace some of the water with oil, which is a matter of taste. The butter is then even more intense in flavor! Sugar goes of course. Personally, I put some of the nuts after roasting aside and chop them coarsely shortly with the mixer. This I mix then finally into the mixture and then have the "Crunchy" variant. Have fun imitation :-)!
