Resident Evil is one of my favorite games. Starting with the first part, I've gambled secretly in childhood. The fourth part has not much to do with the "right RE", but makes a lot of fun! In this part one moves mostly outdoors - nothing with Search of silver keys and climbing stairs. I must admit that I was quite taken aback at first because of the absence of zombies. But no matter - the village people have chain saws and pitchforks and are therefore also not very nice. The precise sighting now I like much better. One can accurately aim at a certain point - not only up or down. Furthermore, you get this time also a much larger arsenal of weapons available. Throughout the game you meet from time to time on an arms dealer (I've shot down the first play, because I considered him an enemy), and can stock up nicely. The weapons purchased can then continue to expand and improve depending on the financial situation. Funny, I also think that with freshly caught fish and eggs can improve his health. The blonde girl (which you have to save) is off and gone to on my nerves because I've forgotten somewhere and it alone has a ladder to climb down rather than rumgebrüllt and has been attacked in some cases of village idiots me.
The atmosphere I find it very successful. It is not a "horror" in the air, but the colors are kept beautifully bleak. The movements of the game characters and the graphics in general have pleasantly surprised me. For me it is not necessarily a typical horror game, but it definitely has its appeal.
My conclusion is: who wants to search the mansion for puzzles, could be disappointed who fancy a bit Rumgeballer in a beautifully landscaped environment, should absolutely access
