After I've done with the small cast iron casserole dish of dust so good experience, had to be another big one. And by this casserole I'm thrilled very well made, heavy (and heavy is really hard ;-)) - as well as my small form clearly a (good) lifetime investment.

Cleaning is fine, encrustations go well from, is only due to the size and severity of the form is not quite as the highlight and the favorite pastime - but you knew that beforehand ...

Quantitatively, fits more purely than I first thought - lasagna from enough good for 8-10 Esser, is so perfect for when time comes visiting.

Also for this form a very strong buy recommendation on my part!
