The shape of cat adapts perfectly to the neck. I have the pillow placed two to three minutes in the microwave and it really kept relatively long warm, so about 20 minutes. Would buy again at any time! The only complaint: A bit bigger could the "tail" to be, because this rather than projects properly rest on the neck. Otherwise, the cat is a treat for every neck anguished!
