I was a bit worried as the reviews notaient deficiencies at the seams. Mine really hold well. I did a lot of hours of airplanes and I used the bag during our stay in Africa and I have no worries at. It is great and I could put as my papers for the flight that suits children, souvenirs etc .... I opened and closed many times without problem. It is comfortable to wear on the shoulders, even my kids 12 years. KLM and Kenya Airways have accepted as hand luggage without question.
