The mat has a good size, I can easily make legs for Hula Hoopen on them. The mat is considered, it is also still strong enough that leaves little lasting impressions. The mat is directed again and again in their true form. Although I have already taken 11kg (thanks Hula Hoopen), but I'm unfortunately still very overweight. Now, after nearly three months one sees very slight dents where my feet were, but that is really minimal when you consider how much I weigh, I could well imagine that lighter people leave no footprints. With sneakers I'd still never make it, but who does that ?? Especially as the balance mat is made of skin-friendly foam. I peer around barefoot or with socks on my yoga.
When she arrived here she has not pushy smelled chemicals as in other mats often is otherwise the case, but only slightly new. Even this fragrance was gone after 2-3 days.
The balance has mat on the floor (laminate with me) a very good grip and will not slip away.
I use the mat in very many exercises, but two stand out in particular:
On the one hand, to improve my balance, I'm easy beginner yoga exercises such as the tree where you have to stand on one leg. The first time on the balance Hoopomania mat I did not manage to have wobbled without end. But this is ultimately the whole point, to promote balance and coordination. You can feel every day to improve, can always better align and maintain balance on the mat.
Secondly, the balance mat is again an increase in the Hula Hoopen. I've noticed that when Hoopen on the mat shins are very trained, which has led to quite a soreness in the beginning. This double burden, to keep the hula hoops above and compensate with their feet the movement brings it! Meanwhile I find hula Hoopen without the mat waaay too simple and boring.
