Perfect for iPad Air with Smart Cover

I have chosen for this cover, because it is a real looker.
The size and fit is almost perfect. Only almost? Yes.
In the height and thickness (thickness with Smart Cover) perfect. In width is still about 1 cm air.
This means for me but no deduction.
If one uses the shell with the original Apple Smart Cover fits the iPad into very good. You have the iPad, due to the Rubberized Smart Cover, slide easily in and when opened fall the iPad does not by itself out (so you have to pull out). Without Smart Cover the iPad slides easily out into the sheath and also back.

For processing, there is not much to say. Impeccable and very high quality. Very well stitched and taped edges, and no loose threads. There have been processed two different materials. Outside leather (imitation) and inside some sort of felt. I admit that the inside smells a bit (if you are daring enough, and you can smell it directly).
The designs is certainly a matter of taste, I think it's awesome. The embossing on the leather (imitation) is very neat (small tip to the manufacturer: Option for personalized imprinting offer) and the leather feels great and high quality. Also, the magnetic lock is impeccable.

Protective function.
I bought the shell with the ulterior motive of the optics and the protection of the iPad in a bag or backpack. For a real crash, I think, this envelope but absolutely no protection (unless the iPad falls perfectly flat down). The surfaces of the shell are strengthened, but the corners are just leather. If the iPads down while on a corner, there is I think no role whether it is in the case or not. Maximum scratches can be prevented.

Conclusion.
In the event of the couch on the iPad is all in this envelope, but everything about it is, I would not want to test.
Visually I have ever seen anything like it and the processing leaves no wish unfulfilled. The fit on the iPad Air (2) is very good.
